Due to the item being custom made, we are unable to process a refund as money is spent making the item (materials and time).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Every effort is taken to protect your item from being damaged, we take no responsibility for damage caused by couriers lack of care and responsibility. If an item arrives damaged you will need to contact the courier and lay a claim. Once the claim has been processed we will then be able to process your replacement. NZ Couriers will collect the damaged goods from your place of residence, please include all packaging this came with to help with the courier claim process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept cancellations of orders due to change of mind.
